9 of the most exciting October Releases

Oh October, how I’ve been waiting for you to come! I rarely wish that time should fly by quicker. But with so many of my most anticipated releases of the year coming out in October, I don’t know how I’m going to pick any one to start with. In a few words I’m excited for: Alaskan small towns, Historical French girls falling for the devil and holiday romances!

πŸ“š Spoiler Alert by Olivia Dade – October 6th

Look at that cover!!! All you have to do is put a chunky girl on the cover looking like she’s having a good time and you know damn well I’ll pick it up.

πŸ“š The Invisible Life of Addie Larue by V.E. Schwab – October 6th

I don’t want to get my hopes up with this too much, but a girl making a deal with the devil… girl falling in love with the devil? I’m not sure either way but it piques my interest naturally.

πŸ“š  In a Holidaze by Christina Lauren – October 6th

I’m ready for another swoon worthy romance from this duo! Also it’s holiday themed and sounds a bit ground-hog day like which I always find fun.

πŸ“š Bright and Dangerous Objects by Anneliese Mackintosh – October 6th

A deep sea diver who has to choose between colonising Mars or staying with her partner to start a family? This wouldn’t be my usual cup of tea but I definitely like the sound of the science fiction aspect.

πŸ“š  Mistletoe and Mr Right by Sarah Morgenthaler – October 6th

I can’t wait to revisit this small Alaskan town for a new romance following a rich socialite and a small business owner. The previous book was humble and sweet, so I can’t wait for this one.

πŸ“š  Beyond the Ruby Veil by Mara Fitzgerald – October 13th

A queer heroine after power with a himbo bff trying to save their world from dying of thirst, oh and there’s a slow burn. *sips tea* Yes. Please.

πŸ“š  A Golden Fury by Samantha Cohoe – October 13th

This book isn’t something I’d usually pick up, but this YA book about an alchemist and a cursed stone intrigues me. I think I want to start reading a few more historical books in general too.

πŸ“š Sweet on You by Carla de Guzman – October 19th

Lately I’ve been enjoying romances about chefs or ones that centre around food! This baker vs barista romance looks really sweet too.

πŸ“š Snapped by Alexa Martin – October 20th

I haven’t read a book by Alexa Martin before, but sports romances never loose their novelty to me, so I’m sure this book will be enjoyable (Also it’s enemies to lovers which never hurts either.)

What are you looking forward to coming out in October? Are you going to pick any of these books up immediately?
