My Most Anticipated Autumnal and Winter Book Releases

Autumnal and Winter Book Releases

Hi fellow bookworms. I am so excited to be back blogging and talking about the book releases this quarter that caught my eye. Some of these will have already been released as April has obviously come and gone, and May nearly has too. But there are so many upcoming books releases and newly released books that sound SO GOOD and are giving me the absolute best dopamine rush. Let’s get into them ! 🎉

Tryst Six Venom by Penelope Douglas
Neon Gods by Katee Robert
The Helion’s Waltz by Olivia Waite
Darling by K. Ancrum
All Rhodes Lead Here by Mariana Zapata
The Temporary Roomie by Sarah Adams
The Infinity Courts by Akemi Dawn Bowman
Master of Salt & Bones by Keri Lake
Dial A for Aunties by Jesse Q. Sutanto
Ariadne by Jennifer Saint
Project Hail Mary by Andy Weir
Every Body Shines Anthology Edited by Cassandra Newbould
For the Wolf by Hannah Whitten
Witchshadow by Susan Dennard
Star Eater by Kerstin Hall
A Dark and Secret Place by Jen Hall

Highlights time…

Neon Gods by Katee Roberts. Undoubtedly my most anticipated release this quarter. I am literally so excited and can’t wait for my pre-order to arrive. I don’t think I’ve read Hades and Persephone romance since ACOMAF (because that one absolutely blew me away). Also so happy for Katee that this is a FULL LENGTH novel. While I mostly enjoy her shorter stories/novellas, I need a full length novel for a Hades and Persephone romance retelling.

Tryst Six Venom by Penelope Douglas. I think when this story was announced all the hearts of every queer girl in the romance community just collectively stopped beating for a minute there. F/F bully, enemies to lovers romance between 2 private school girls, is the premise I’ve been waiting for, for YEARS.

Master of Salt and Bones by Keri Lake. The whole way this book is packaged just really speaks to me… dark, suspenseful romance between a tortured hero and a young and spunky heroine, the latter who is hired to take care of the hero’s ailing mother at his secluded gothic mansion. I’m ready for something twisty and angsty.

I’d love to hear what your most anticipated releases are this quarter. Especially if you’ve read any of the books I mentioned here so I know if I need to prioritise some of them more! 🤗
