I think the only joyous part of looking back at 2020 (or at least where I find the most joy when reflecting on the year that passed) were the books that made my year and the worlds I escaped too. Aside from watching an excessive amount of Netflix (Pretty Little Liars and The Haunting of Hill House has been my top choices lately) I’ve read so many great books over July and August. A lot of these books are new series or new to me authors that I discovered this year. I’m so excited to share these books and maybe some of you will give them a chance!
Hello everyone, I hope you’re all well! As usual I’m doing a very late monthly wrap up, but nevertheless I was very lucky to have a mostly enjoyable reading month. I’m not sure what happened or what I was in the mood for, but I mainly read a bunch of romance books. Honestly reading plus size romances is the best form of self care for me so I’m not mad about it at all!

To be honest, my reading has been a lot slower than I expected this week because I’ve been playing so much Animal Crossing and binge watching The 100 on Netflix. I definitely thought that I’d be reading more books in Quarantine but somehow I’m reading less 😂 I’m hoping this post will help guide my reading and keep me on track a bit more!
